Personalized Product Terms
Products are personalized digital products created from the information customers submit during the order process.
Digital Product Delivery
Stories are delivered as digital PDF files. Delivery timing may vary depending on order volume, image quality, and the completeness of submitted personalization details.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that names, preferences, photos, and other submitted information are accurate and that they have permission to provide any uploaded content.
Refund Policy
Because products are personalized digital products, refunds may not be available once story creation has begun. If there is an issue with your order, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Acceptable Use
Customers must not submit unlawful, harmful, offensive, or infringing content. We may decline orders that cannot be safely or appropriately fulfilled.
Customer Content Ownership
Photos remain the property of the customer. Customers keep ownership of the personal content they submit for story creation.
Intellectual Property
Story templates, branding, illustrations, website content, and related creative materials remain property of the business.
Limitation of Liability
MyMagicStory is provided as a creative personalized story service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
